Designed to support enterprise-class environments demanding the utmost in productivity and durability, the 95-ppm (letter) Canon imageRUNNER 7095 provides versatility in both functionality and hardware configuration. Equally at home in large corporate office settings or central reproduction departments, the system will challenge document production standards with available in-line perfect bookbinding, saddle-stitched booklet finishing, hole-punching, tab-feeding, and high-capacity stacking.

Delivers output at 95 pages-per-minute (LTR) to meet the rigors of high-volume offices and production environments and is equipped with a 40GB Hard Disk Drive and 1GB RAM, providing users with exceptional productivity and reliability.
Incorporating Canon's MEAP™ (Multifunctional Embedded Application Platform) architecture, the imageRUNNER 7095 can be customized to meet unique business needs. Customized applications can run from the device's control panel, streamlining document workflows.
The large color user interface panel, including an Express Copy screen, and intuitively designed device drivers provide user-friendly operation for both walk-up and desktop environments.
The imageRUNNER 7095 device's extensive finishing capabilities are designed to handle the most common high-volume printing applications, such as booklets, training manuals, etc. Two optional finishers are available, all of which deliver single and multi-position stapling. Support for saddle-stitching, Z-folding, booklet trimming, 2- or 3-hole punching and post-process document insertion is also available.
High Capacity Stacker that accurately stacks up to 6,000 sheets through two sources for long periods of unattended operation, and includes a convenient removable dolly for transporting output to packing and shipping desks or off-line finishing.
Perfect Binder to produce perfectly bound and trimmed books all in-line with wraparound covers using hot glue technology.

The Mail Box functions of the imageRUNNER 7095 serve as a centralized system for information-sharing, on-site document storage and print-on-demand applications.
Users can choose either the Canon Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H2 or the imagePASS-S2. The Canon controller delivers printing capabilities with support for PCL 5e/6, PostScript® 3™ emulation, and Canon's UFR II (Ultra Fast Rendering) technology. For those users with higher bandwidth requirements, the imagePASS-S2 features its own hardware dedicated to printing applications, and supports genuine Adobe® PostScript 3 and PCL 5e/6. Both solutions have been designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing network infrastructure, and come with a full suite of system utilities to simplify device installation and management.
With its Universal Send™ technology, the imageRUNNER 7095 allows users to scan directly into the device for distribution to multiple destinations. The Universal Send PDF Security Feature Set (optional) provides advanced options to help prevent impersonation, unauthorized alteration, or interception of your documents. With Digital Device Signature mode, recipients can be assured of the originating device of documents. You can also protect the contenst of your documents with the Encrypted PDF feature, and secure them with a password to restrict access, editing, and printing. The Digital User Signature option enables verification of your identity to recipients by adding your digital certificate to your documents.
Supports a host of Internet-ready capabilities, including the optional Web Access Software that allows users to call up Internet data right on the user-interface, and print Web Pages and downlaodable PDF files when configured with the Canon print controller. The Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) protocol, enables you to securely send documents to a shared storage service over the Internet.
With Remote UI, features and functions of the imageRUNNER 7095, user's can monitor and control the device from anywhere on the network.
With Access Management System, Administrators have control over access to the device and its functions for even greater security and cost control at both the user and group levels.
- Supported Applications
Forms Composition
Users can scan and store up to 100 forms in the imageRUNNER. In this mode, originals can be superimposed over a stored form to produce a new document. The user can independently set different images for the front and back sides of the form. Forms can be stored from both scanning at the standalone device and using PDL data from a user's PC.
Job Block Combination
With Job Block Combination copy feature, you can scan multiple batches of originals with different copy settings and print them as one document. This can help create and efficient print process where the time to manually sort through and combine documents is eliminated, leading to better office productivity and management of print output.
Page and Copy Set Numbering
The Light Production imageRUNNER devices allow users to paginate from the walk-up copy mode. Documents scanned via the feeder or platen can be paginated. Users can paginate documents using numbers only, numbers with hyphens or total page numbers as well as select the starting page, font size and color (black or white). Users can also add alphanumeric characters to page numbers.

Scan-Once-Print-Many
Scan-Once-Print-Many technology permits the device to scan originals into memory only one time, producing multiple copies from the resident stored image. Since originals placed in the document feeder are processed only once, the result is less wear and tear on the originals, document feeder and scan mechanisms. The result is a quieter, more productive system with less opportunity for a malfunction.
Secure Watermark
With the optional Secure Watermark Kit enabled on your imageRUNNER device, you can make copies and print documents with hidden text embedded within the background. When copies are made, the hidden text will appear. This prevents security leaks caused by the unauthorized copying of confidential information such as personal data, certificates, and more.
Universal Send™
Canon's Universal Send technology transforms the imageRUNNER devices into digital communications centers, enabling mass, multiple-routed document distribution tasks in one simple operation. Universal Send functions include the ability to send scanned documents as e-mail attachments, send scanned documents as Internet fax (I-fax) messages, send scanned documents to databases and file servers for storage, and send scanned documents to a Mailbox for sharing, printing or sending at a later time.
Web Access Software
The optional Web Access Software offers the industry's first Web-browsing function, allowing users to call up Internet or intranet data on the user-interface panel. This supports information retrieval from on-site locations without the need for a PC, as well as the printing out of in-house administrative application forms and documents.
Booklet Making
Users can create saddle-stitched and folded booklets in copy and print applications. The process for making booklets on the device is simple. Place originals in the document feeder, select booklet from the display panel and press start. The device will take care of the rest by automatically arranging scanned document pages in the correct order, stitching, and then folding the document to create a fully completed booklet. In addition, users have the option to add a color cover from the optional Document Insertion Unit-B1.
Copy Reservation™
The Copy Reservation capability is ideally suited for driving enhanced throughput and productivity when copying. Using the Copy Reservation system, end users can scan copy jobs, complete with their settings into memory while a current copy or print job is being output. When the current job is complete, the reserved copy job will immediately start processing. This is a benefit to customers who use both printing and copying functions of the device.
Job Build
Job Build allows users to combine or "build" batches of originals from different sources including feeder and platen-based originals into one job eliminating the need to hand-marry the output. Hardcopy originals with total page quantities that exceed the Document Feeder's 100-sheet capacity can also be scanned in batches of 100 sheets (or 200 sides). The number of pages that can be combined in Job Build mode are limited only by the amount of available memory on the machine.
Mailbox Functionality
The Mailbox function enables users to create up to 100 individual repositories for their documents on the imageRUNNER device's internal Image Server. Documents may be stored in a user mailbox for a couple of days or permanently. This functionality not only gives users the ability to scan and store documents, but also allows print jobs to be sent to a mailbox and combined with other documents for uniform output.
Device Information Delivery Function
The Device Information Delivery Function dramatically reduces administrator burdens when managing multiple devices or entire fleets of imageRUNNERs from anywhere on the network. By designating a reference machine the administrator makes all settings or desire modifications to a single imageRUNNER installed on the network. The reference machine then distributes the data to other specified imageRUNNERs on the network.
Scanned Image Check
This copy mode allows users to check the layout and orientation of scanned images before printing so that any skewing can be corrected.
Watermark and Print Date
With Watermark and Print Date, you can print the date, preset watermarks, or customized watermarks in any position on copied output.
Tab Creation and Insertion
The tab creation and insertion allows users to copy and print onto tab paper as well as insert tab paper into finished documents. Up to 100 tabs can be inserted per document.
Universal Send PDF Security
Digital signature modes allow users to verify the origin of the document, track revisions and prevent security issues such as impersonation and unauthorized alteration of documents. PDF Encryption mode allows users to add a layer of protection to sent PDF files by setting a password that limits the recipients ability to open, print or edit the document.

- The Braille Label Kit-A1 contains transparent Braille labels that affix to each hard key on the control panel except for the numeric keys. This is due to the conventional layout of the numeric keypad, which already has a protruded dot on the "five key," providing familiar entry for the visually impaired. This kit provides visually impaired users with improved access to copy and fax functions.

- The Remote Operator's Software Kit improves access for persons operating the imageRUNNER 70 series devices from a seated position.
