The Superheated Steam Oven uses Sharp patented technology where normal steam molecules (212 degrees Fahrenheit) are heated to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The superheated steam molecules come into direct contact with the food. They give off heat that penetrates the food melting most of the internal fat and leaving the moisture behind. This unique way of cooking is both tasty and healthier. Imagine a beautifully browned pork loin roast that is moist and juicy.
The Superheated Steam Oven has 20 preprogrammed settings in four categories that virtually guarantee cooking success.The Superheated Steam Oven uses a standard 120 volt outlet and has a reservoir to fill with tap water. Simply unpack it and you're ready for cooking. The Superheated Steam Oven comes equipped with a Cooking Rack, EZ Clean Base Tray, EZ Clean Baking Tray and EZ Clean Perforated Tray. The 50 page comprehensive cookbook contains 4 cooking conversion charts, a best cooking methods section and 50 easy to prepare healthy recipes.
Cleaning the Superheated Steam Oven is a cinch! Step-by-step instructions appear on the display screen when the INFO pad is touched.
