Sony's RK-G138 Audio Connecting Cord features a headphone extension cord to allow listening at a greater distance as well as conversion between the stereo mini plug and the stereo phone.

The RK-G138 audio connecting cord features a headphone extension cord to allow listening at a greater distance. You can also use this cord as conversion between your stereo mini plug and your stereo phone plug. The RK-G138 also connects your stereo UniMatch® plug your stereo mini jack. This cord is approximately 10ft (3m) in length.
